LMIGUIAgent has accessibility rights, but won't work

I keep getting this screen even though the accessibility rights are turned on.

Sorry, Nikki --- I don't think your screen shot attached correctly.  What operating system version is in use there, and have you already reinstalled the endpoint application there?
