Some of our users mention that, since we have changed for logMeIn-AV, they lose their password saved on Chrome and also on Office Outlook 2016/2019 in their POP email account. So they have to re-enter all their passwords at anytime for their email account and for their websites that have password. Do you ever heard about this issue ? How can you help us ?

@PMLouis It is strange that this only affects some of your clients. Is there any difference in their User Account profiles, the Outlook security preferences, or LAN connections?
The only change we have made is the installation of logMein/AV. In some case we have created another local user profile, and we didn't have this issue anymore. It's about to confirm, this is the solution....
