LogMeIn pro all of a sudden stopped working on my 2019 macbook pro

Been using logmein from home on my macbook pro for months now.

About 2 weeks ago, I am unable to login remotely to my work computers.  I can connect to other computers at my office but it's black and then the entire program just freezes and I would have to force quit.

I have repeatedly (with and without logmein tech support) uninstalled and reinstalled logme in and still no luck.

I am able to use a PC with no problems to login to all my work computers.

 

I have tried twice with logmein support and they were unable to help me.

 

Please help.  I love using logmein pro. Would hate to have to find a different progam.

You should be able to connect just fine from a supported Mac OS.

 

Can you click on my Community name and share the case number they gave you, as well as your contact info?  I'd like to take a look and follow up with the details.
