Yeah, their customer service is pretty crappy. Product is usually ok, but when there's an issue they are MIA and seem not to care. They have no problem jacking up the subscription rates every year though.
Right now LMI service is DOWN. DownDetector shows a spike in reports beginning around 6:30 EDT
We're on hold and have been for about a half-hour. Twitter activity, so LMI is aware of the outage. But status page at https://status.logmeinaccess.com/ says "All Systems Operational" because of course it does. Maybe they're all too busy fixing the outage to update the status.
