LogmeIn - Customer service levels - disgraceful

We have been trying renew our LMI Central Licence for the last two weeks.

 

Why is no one getting in touch with us!

Should we be contacting our lawyers to begin a lawsuit for consequential loss!!!!!!!!!!!

 

We need to be contacted to renew our license ASAP

Have you already tried calling into LogMeIn Customer Support to reach a billing specialist?

Yeah,  their customer service is pretty crappy. Product is usually ok, but when there's an issue they are MIA and seem not to care. They have no problem jacking up the subscription rates every year though.

 

Right now LMI service is DOWN. DownDetector shows a spike in reports beginning around 6:30 EDT

 

We're on hold and have been for about a half-hour. Twitter activity, so LMI is aware of the outage. But status page at https://status.logmeinaccess.com/ says "All Systems Operational" because of course it does. Maybe they're all too busy fixing the outage to update the status.

@jeffrey_katz  The status pages had a slight delay and were updated shortly after we noticed the login problem.  Please let us know if you see any more issues.
