we are experiencing the same issue when using LogmeIn for clients on 10.14 or 10.15 from machines using macOS 10.13 (Siera) or lower. The remote connection is made but the remote display is all dark - no video. On some occasions teh Finder Menu bar is visable but you can not see the pulldown menu items.
Can someone at LogMeIn please provide the Community with difinitive instructions on how to deal with this issue? Or anyone from the Community if you know the workaround / fix please chime in.
