Missing Admin Options To Manage User Permissions

I manage a group of users of LOGMEIN CLIENT
Those users can take control of computers
For each of them i checked the different computers they are allowed to control.
To do that: i go on log me in central, in the left panel there is a list of users with their mail adress. Then i can choose "who" can do "what".
This part of the left panel seems to have disapeared! I can't anymore do that... 
Please can you help me?

Hi @funnybob ,

I'm not aware of any recent admin changes in the Central system.

Can you tell me what operating system you're using to manage these users from and with what web browser?

This is happened for us also, it has completely disappeared within Chrome and IE!

Management of users disappeared!

Hi,

 

We can no longer manage users with any of our accounts from LMI Central. The option has just completely gone.

 

Can someone please take a look ASAP as we need to decommission accounts.
