Missing Admin Options To Manage User Permissions

I manage a group of users of LOGMEIN CLIENT
Those users can take control of computers
For each of them i checked the different computers they are allowed to control.
To do that: i go on log me in central, in the left panel there is a list of users with their mail adress. Then i can choose "who" can do "what".
This part of the left panel seems to have disapeared! I can't anymore do that... 
Please can you help me?

Hi @funnybob ,

I'm not aware of any recent admin changes in the Central system.

Can you tell me what operating system you're using to manage these users from and with what web browser?

This is happened for us also, it has completely disappeared within Chrome and IE!

Management of users disappeared!

Hi,

 

We can no longer manage users with any of our accounts from LMI Central. The option has just completely gone.

 

Can someone please take a look ASAP as we need to decommission accounts.

If your admin roles within Central management have not changed, you should still see all the same options.  One exception is if there was a lapse in your subscription for any period of time.

We have also lost the ability to manage users.   We have an open ticket and they have not been any help.

Hi @jeno-dog, welcome to the community.

 

I was able to locate your support ticket and your issue appears to be due to your service not renewing. I see that support initially tried to call but was unable to reach anyone, an email was sent on the 6th explaining that the service needed to be renewed.
