Not accessible - Offline

I reinstalled LogMeIn everything is connected to my account, except it says Not accessible - Offline. The computer can connect to the internet, the firewall is disabled, the clock is correct. Any help would be appreciated

Sometimes even when a firewall is 'disabled' the decisions it made previously remain in place, so you would want to reference our firewall documentation here with your security provider: https://support.logmeininc.com/pro/help/logmein-and-firewalls-logmein-c-lmi-firewalls
