I am trying to provide urgent remote support to one of my stores but am, once again, NOT receiving these security codes so that I can log into the site. As per previous support advice, I am trying logmein.com and beta.logmein.com and gamma.logmein.com but NONE are returning the one-time code via email.
This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use logmein as a reliable remote support product as I cannot log into the service. This seems to be happening mosty at weekends, which is ridiculous.
Please advise urgently how I can log into the service 24/7, as this is what I require and tought logmein provides. If this is not the case, I'll be forced to move to a different provider.
Unfortunately your email address was returning many of our communication attempts, so that we stopped sending them until your email provider or security settings were allowed. firstname.lastname@example.org was entered into the bounce filter over the weekend, which I have now cleared so that you may check your email settings and send again.
