One-time Security code not being received....



I am trying to provide urgent remote support to one of my stores but am, once again, NOT receiving these security codes so that I can log into the site. As per previous support advice, I am trying and and but NONE are returning the one-time code via email.


This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use logmein as a reliable remote support product as I cannot log into the service. This seems to be happening mosty at weekends, which is ridiculous.


Please advise urgently how I can log into the service 24/7, as this is what I require and tought logmein provides. If this is not the case, I'll be forced to move to a different provider.

Hi Florian,

Unfortunately your email address was returning many of our communication attempts, so that we stopped sending them until your email provider or security settings were allowed. was entered into the bounce filter over the weekend, which I have now cleared so that you may check your email settings and send again.
