Your company is going down the pan - this price increase you have imposed is totally unaccetpable and i ask all of the community to complain and post the names of alternative companies we can all move to....
This situation is untenable, if we had more notice this year we would have already moved our 400 customers over to another platform, but with less than 4 weeks to go we cannot do this.
We are therefore held to ransom by you lot....disgusting way to treat loyal customers such as ourselves.
