Remote Control won't work

Hey guys,

I've got a trouble here. I have a computer in which I access remotely. The problem is that the control is not working. I'm able to connect to the machine, but I keeps me puting back to the login screen of the computer. If someone is using the machine I can watch it, but if I try to click on something, it locks the computer back to the login screen. Even TeamViewer and other remote controlers are not working on that machine. Anyone knows how to solve it? 

I already tried to reinstall the softwares and it worked for a while, but now the problem is back.

Sorry, @Augusto-TecnoTI   it sounds like the PC is problematic if similar services behave the same way there. 

Have you run a security sweep looking for any malware?

Are there any updates available for the OS itself?

Have you checked logging into a different user account or running in safemode?
