Remote support without admin credentials

Which feature of the central should be used to let users download and install the remote help widget without having to enter the admin password.
( it think it's something that uses the browser as the remote gateway)

This is the case with company users who don't have the LogMeIn installed on their machine and will need occasional support when offsite.

I have seen this to work as a feature I just can't figure out which one is it.
