Screen Resolution on retina

Hi,

I was trying to connect via logmein to a distant computer that has a retina screen,

i couldn't get it to full screen.

haw can we change this?

Hi @Wenee ,

That looks like a Windows Host you are connecting to?

Is that Host computer screen set to 100% zoom?  Could you check the display settings for any customized settings there?

Yes I am connecting to a windows computer, with a Retina screen/4k

I tried changing the resolution, the quality and the zoom.

When i put 100% zoom all it does is enable a scroll down but same size image in the left corner, the rest is black

@Wenee Could you try changing the resolution through RC, and perhaps color quality settings if that has no effect?
