Troubleshooting!

I have a General Question:

What are the steps for checking when a user/staff complains about LogmeIn is Slow and Laggy? 

I mean what should I check or consider to test as an admin?

@Bahar-b  First I would ask when the last time the Host computer was rebooted.

 

Next I would ask if their Client location or connection has changed in any way.

 

Finally, if this just started happening after the most recent LMI upgrade, then the users may be affected by the new screen blanking technique we recently updated.  In this case, they can try this new test build and let us know how the performance responds: https://www.logmeinusercontent.com/links/0ddcef75e609f4f0183b61081a957fd89
