Every couple of days the dual monitors flash black and she gets booted out and cannot continue working.
I was at the office today so I took a look. Everything ran great while I used it in person. She reconnected and could see the screen but not do a thing. Rebooting fixes it so it is not a settings issue. Help?
@yetanotherlogin I'm not sure what's happening there, but if re-installing the endpoint has no effect then Customer Support may need to gather log files for a full review.
