User gets black screen and booted out. Reconnect blocks mouse and keyboard use.

Every couple of days the dual monitors flash black and she gets booted out and cannot continue working.

 

I was at the office today so I took a look. Everything ran great while I used it in person. She reconnected and could see the screen but not do a thing.  Rebooting fixes it so it is not a settings issue.  Help?

By the way, when I initiated a restart, it said it was closing 4 apps and restarting. They were all named
Logmein RC Nofication Sink, Releasing resources...

It never finished, had to hit restart anyway

@yetanotherlogin  I'm not sure what's happening there, but if re-installing the endpoint has no effect then Customer Support may need to gather log files for a full review.
