User isn't receiving a invite to our account

They have a comcast.net email and are not receiving the invite email - is there another way to add them to our account so they can access a computer?

@SkankHunt42  Sorry about that.  If your new user is not sending the communications to spam, you may want to contact Customer Support directly to see if the address was returning too many emails to sender.
