"Hello, I wrote too Logmein before and got a useless reply. I am running a small business and I am unable to access the alarm settings as I could previously. It should be in the LogMeIn central, but as shown in this photo (https://i.imgur.com/TjerzKs.png), it is not present. I have just opgrade for the small business 5 PC too 10 Pc pro account and all my computers are set to pro. This is a vital part of my operation and I need this up and running asap."

The alerts feature is included with LogMeIn Central Premier, your subscription appears to be for LogMeIn Pro Small Business
After acknowledging the alerts, we've accidentally click "Delete Acknowledge". Now we've missing the list of all "Acknowledge" alerts. Is there a way to retrieve them?
