Long time user, first time caller...
With everything going remote, our Logmein Central and Clients are getting great use. I have always used for IT support but now everyone in our organization is very thankful for this valuable tool. ISSUE: added a users personal iMac so that I could provide remote IT help. Sent invite, she installed, I was able to login but, when I do, I only see her top bar and wallpaper. I can see her moving her mouse but nothing on the desktop. Any help would be appreciated.

I think this happens when the user did not enable all components of LogMeIn under System Preferences=>Security & Privacy=>Privacy. Unfortunately, you may need to find another means to remote control their system and get those enabled to fully use LogMeIn for remote control purposes again.
