Of course they do. I'm sure they'll file that where the 'Logmein will always be free' section of the filing cabinet.

With regards to the LMI Pro endpoint crashing, we are currently working to release a fix soon, and will update the community as it completes.  Thanks for your patience while we finalize the update.

Re: Logmein Crashes with the new Mojave release.

We have also been experiencing this issue but have waited for Mojave GM to raise.

logmein crashes when the window focus moves from logmein to another window while a session is open.

If logmein client is idle without a session being rendered, the app will run without crashing.

Re: Logmein Crashes with the new Mojave release.

Yes same issue - Logmein crashes as soon as I switch application.  Completely unusable as unable to toggle between logmein and second component of application in browser.

Re: "LogMeIn Client" is not optimized for your Mac.

Work around that's working for me....put your remote session into fullscreen mode.  It will stay open as you switch desktops.  Hope that helps until support can fix.

Re: "LogMeIn Client" is not optimized for your Mac.

As previously mentioned, works for a while here but dies eventually.

Re: Logmein Crashes with the new Mojave release.

@malcf  Thanks for reporting this.  I'm assuming you were also attempting to use Mac OS Mojave?

And was this definitely LMI Rescue that you were working with?

Re: Logmein Crashes with the new Mojave release.

This is the error I get - best as I can tell, it comes almost exactly 5 minutes after making a connection. PS your board system truncates my entry so am providing a link to a dropbox file with the full text of the error.
