uncheck the "Grey Scale when inactive" box option in Options -> Color Quality -Advanced.
(Thanks @tomiette for identifying this)
HOLY CRAP! You are awesome!
I am having this same issue very annoying. As soon as you click off the window logmein crashes. If you minimize before you move around it stays stable. You would think they would have tested the app before the release.
Is you issue with connecting to a Mac running Mojave? or are you using Mac Mojave and running LogMeIn Pro to connect to another machine?
I am running Mojave on my MacBook Pro; connecting to a Windows machine via LMI. The previous post regarding turning off greyscale has worked for me. No crashing since turning it off.
Is there STILL no updated client? W.T.F?
@nikhsub1 LMI Client v4.1.0.6934 resolved this problem. Make sure all your clients have updated software, and please let us know if the issue persists.
This issue has been a Support Case with LogMeIn technical support.
Currently, no workaround or options available for users who want to use LogMeIn Pro on a MAC running Mojave. That's the official word I've been told by LogMeIn.
@lzch1 The other issue we documented with Mac users revolved around an installation of Webroot conflicting with LMI services. Did you have Webroot installed on the problem computer?
A client wants to know if a date has been set yet for the release of a 64 bit version of LogMeIn for Mac?
He keeps getting the message: not optimize for your Mac and need to be updated, it will not work in future versions of MacOS.
