I have been using Logmein Central for over 10 years and the reconnecting feature has never worked. Now that you own GoToAssist why not use that piece of their software. GoToAssist reconnect feature works flawlessly when rebooting a client and logging off and on with a different user. I can do software updates all day long with GoToAssist.
You have raised your prices to match the industry, give us the functionality that goes with that extra cost.
