Cannot assign Paid subscription.

Hi. I cannot assign a paid standard 1 year subscription to my newly created network in the Hamachi portal.

 

I only have the option of free or bought, but if I click on subscriptions it is in the list. Network is created online in the portal and not on the client. I see other people have the same issue but no public resolution is posted.

 

I need urgent help on this, thank you.

Hello, and sorry for the delay.

Sometimes during an event that stresses out provisioning (like now) the activation portal can be backed up (rarely), and take up to 24-48 hours to allow the new subscription to be applied.  If your account does not rectify in the next day or so, please call directly into LogMeIn Customer Support.

good morning, the payment was already billing a few days ago but the hamachi standart is still disabled, i need a quick solution, by phone they didn't help me.
