@spacelordxan  Sorry for that.  I was able to test in both those web browsers myself without issue.  Could you try opening a private browsing window to test again?

Same for me. Reloading again and again. Tested on current Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Firefox 62.0.3 and Safari 11.1.2 on MacOS X 10.13.6

@jjjjj1  If the case creation page is still failing foryou, you may click on my Community name and send me a private message with your login email address.  I still cannot recreate the case failure flow from here.

I'd like to cancel my (2 days old) subscription.

On Saturday I paid a LogMeIn Hamachi Standard subscription. The idea was to create a 6 users network for gaming. The experience was a disaster. Constant lag and and a really slow connection prevented us from playing.  In the end, what should have been a fun afternoon, was just a wasting of 50 USD.

 

I'd like to cancel my subscription and get a refund, please. To my surprise, there's no option online for cancelling anything, and reading this forum plagged with people denouncing a bad experience with billing pushed me to post this here.

Please, delete my account. I cant do this by myself because your site https://secure.logmein.com/contactus/ and http://help.logmein.com/?cu=1&fs=ContactUs&l=en_US&c=products%3Almihamachi2 is broken  - it refreshing after 2 seconds every time i've tried to create ticket

@Plaplapla   Sorry about that.  Unfortunately we do not take billing or account change actions through the Community, as it is not secure.  However, I am concerned about the support site experience you had, because we don't seem to have any other reports from customers.  Have you already tried to access our support sites through a private browsing window or after rebooting / clearing your cache?
