I have an issue that one of my clients has hamachi and they remote onto a server
the server contains folders for clients, they save email to these folders for reference.
all users have office 365 with outlook setup.
when they try and open a .msg file from the server, they initially get a message stating that there is no default email client available to open the email. if copy the file.msg to the local desktop.. the email opens with no issues.
this is only an annoyance, as after about 10 seconds, the email opens up.. with fully content in outlook... but each time the end user has to close down the error box...
