Re: Hamachi Down - NB!

In last few days I have these same problem. I have  more then 15pcs computers jointed in Hamachi. Some of them are blue, some red, and some green. Nothing working like early :-(. I try: update, restart hamachi/computer/router/ (more times). It is look like Hamachi central server problem because some of the computer on the same internet conection (same router) are green and someone are red (on the same router) :-/

So this is now a real problem. My 2 paid networks dont work as intented.  Approximately 40 users cant work right now. This means i'm losing money as they cannot access our server. My thread was also deleted or moved and i still havent got a reply to my ticket.

I am using a paid plan, but I have been having a problem for several days. Some clients are able to establish a direct connection, while the rest are still relayed - meaning that they are unusable. Some are blue, some are red and others are green. Nothing works as before. I tried updating, restarting Hamachi / Computer / Router / (many times). But without interest.

Dear All,

 

For about 4 days my clients are unable to estabilish connection to each other, Sometimes the hamachi application is unable to find the server, sometimes all the clients are red or blue and there is no answer.

 

This is a common problem?

Dear Glenn,

 

My problem is that the hamachi service is not reliable for 4 days. There are serveral red (blocked) clients and blue (relayed) clients.  Is there any problem with the service? The red and the blue clients are unable to connect to another clients. If a connection is working it is very slow. 

This is a paid subscription and we are using it for businnes!

At the community there are a lot of complaints about this.

We are not seeing a service outage, which is why nothing has been posted to our service status page.

 

I recommend everyone call our support and open a ticket if you experience connection issues like this in the future. They will be able to troubleshoot and escalate (if necessary), much quicker than here in the community.

Hi Glenn, It is clear from the complaints and my experience that this is not an isolated problem. I've logged 2 different tickets and haven't heard anything back from support. This forum has been the only way to confirm that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, it is widespread, and has been the only place to receive any kind of communication from LogMeIn. My business cannot afford to have intermittent network access for almost a week without any idea as to how long it would take to resolve. The continued risk to my project is too high and the data loss is already too problematic to not evaluate alternate VPN connection services.

I sent a ticket on Friday and only received a reply on Tuesday asking for more details which I replied to immediately and 24 hours later have still not received a reply. 

 

Your support is atrocious !!!!

 

After a brief period of all green connections yesterday but dodgy performance most of my connections are blue again this morning and performance over them is a joke !!

 

The least you can do is admit there is a widespread issue and that you are working to resolve it with a possible timeline.

 

For my part I will definitely be looking into future options for my business.

 

We currently pay you handsomely and deserve better service and support than this !

Much problems with Hamachi in last few days!

Hi everybody,

I am useing Hamachi for a long time (8-10years). I have subscription program (I pay for it) and I am useing hamachi for remote desktop, file copying, 3D rendering distribution and etc. But what happening in last weeks is realy horibble :-(. I spend many hours to resolve new problems with Hamachi (Slow connection throught Local Lan and copying files, delayed connection between computers, remote desktop realy bad). All it is happening in las few weeks, and I am not Alone, like I see on this forum!

My questions are:

1) What are you doing there, on Hamachi servers?

2) Any alternative software? (more than 15PC in one network, VPN,) ?
