We too have problems for the last 7 days

I just post this to let you know that we too have massive problems since 7 days ago. We operate 21 networks at the moment (to collect realtime sensor data). At least half of them (and every time different ones) have problems (showing connection blocked), and even the status is shown differently on different servers. Often a restart of the pc helps to connect to hamachi network for an hour, but then is blocked again. Then it is back online for a few minutes and so on. All our hamachi client are up to date.

Another phenomenon we experienced in the last 7 days was that we are connected, we can ping the target, but we can not transmit any data over this connection. It is simply blocked, or maybe too slow.

Everything feels very  unreliable and unpredictable. Last Friday, for instance, we had hamachi hell. Then at 4pm everything got back online and everything (!!) was running fine over the weekend (like it did for the last months). Then Tuesday it was all downhill again.

We've been experinceing the same symptoms as you. Ping good but no data. 25 separate VPNs and all are having issues.

Starting earlier this week, we detected an increased load on our Hamachi systems. As a result, we have seen a rise in the rate of relayed connections, which could cause performance or connectivity problems for some users.

We're currently investigating the root cause of the increased load, while simultaneously scaling up the system to handle it.

If you are unable to connect to a network at all, please help us by calling and reporting the issue to our Customer Care team, so they can help resolve blocked connections.

After a thorough investigation, our team has identified the source of the issue: a recent update to strengthen our encryption algorithms has caused an increased processor load on the systems, resulting in an increase of relayed connections, which further taxed the same systems. We will continue to scale out the service to adjust to the increased demand. We will provide a final update when this is complete.

It would be nice if there could significant improvements to the status page in relation to Hamachi. 

 

In reviewing the history on http://status.logmeinaccess.com/ there isn't a single event listed in the history of the status page beyond the current issue. I'm fairly confident this hasn't been the only issue in that time or only time where there has been a degradation in the service. 

 

One of the major reasons we subscribe to the LogMeIn services in general is due to the one stop offering of remote access and Hamachi VPN. It would be appreciated if more attention was paid to Hamachi and not treated as such a low priority. 

 

Additionally, in thinking about the issues of the last week - in that it was due to the load on the system, why is there a free version offered with up to 5 computers? And is this group segmented from paying customers?

Apparently the problem is serious, again nothing works. downtime  more than a week!

I suspect that the problem has to do with the non enough tested update on 29.11. -  GoToMyPC Maintenance

 

Happens, but the  response time is beyond awful....

Mixed bag here. Some hosts work, some are red, other grey. Reconnecting sometimes resolve the issue, when host is with better connection. If connection is slow, always get grey or red. Very weird. Just before week everything worked flawless.

You should prioritize paid accounts versus free ones
