Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

Did you setup a Gateway network?  Only a Gateway Network allows you to go beyond the computer that has the Hamachi Client installed.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

Since we do not have an App, we cannot provide any access like that.

This is providing the connectivity for you to accomplish those things, but you must get a third party application that allows you to do so.

I do, indeed, suggest you update to the latest iteration of our Linux Beta.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

In Android 4.2.2 connection starts but does not keep.

Needs to be a network type gateway?

My network is hub-and-spoke.

The hub is linux-2.1.0.86 end this in another mesh network.

The mobile client are only in hub-and-spoke.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

Hi friends !
Hamachi work fine for my Android Samsung Note (N7000).
BUT only via "Relayed tunnel" (ping about 500-600 ms)

As for my Hamachi's PCs (XP, W7) and Windows Mobile via "Direct tunnel" (ping about 20-60 ms).

Why is it ?

Thanks for answer.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

Hi,

basically this is because we are using the built in vpn client on the device. We cannot provide a p2p connection this way.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

My Windows Mobile supports p2p (ping about 60 ms vs Hamachi android (500-700 ms by "Relayed tunnel")
Do I correctly indersatnd that Logmein not plan to support p2p for Hamachi android ?

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

I'm getting a "Last login[Wed Jun 26 2013 09:35:01] : Could not go online in network" what am I doing wrong?

I was able to download all the files

I'm running android 4.2.2 on Galaxy S 3.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

iOS 6.1.3  iPhone 4S and iPad Mini.

Hamachi works great.  But despite selecting Connect on Demand in the Mobile settings maker, I am always having to manually enable VPN.

Re: Hamachi Mobile for iOS and Android (BETA)

Connect on Demand is a very literal setting.  Basically, an app has to know that it must enable the Hamachi VPN to do whatever it is it needs to.  The only app I am aware of that does this is Safari, and because the network is labeled 3amlabs.net, it will only do this when requiring access to that net.

OK, so in this issue, you have to have computers already online in the network.  Yours are currently all offline.

Since this is a gateway network, bring the gateway online in the network, and the mobile should be allowed to connect.
