Hamachi Standard Subscription has been Charged twice

Hi, 

 

I did create a customer support ticket 17161445 for the issue that I had yesterday.

 

But haven't heard anything yet.  

 

Hamachi standard subscriptions have been charged twice back in March 2022.

I didn't notice till our accounts, checked the credit card bills. 

 

Can anyone help and speed up the process?

It can take up to 48 hours for billing requests to complete.  Please allow Customer Support to review your case and reply.  If you don't hear from them this week, please click my Community name to send a private message with your direct contact info for a follow up.
