I found the solution

open cmd an type ipconfig /release while you are opening hamachi it worked for me.

Go to fire wall, then to advanced settings, then to inbound rules, right click and "enable rule" on all that says "LMIGuardianSvc", "Hamachi client application" and "Hamachi client tunneling engine", pretty much anything that is LogMeIn and Hamachi thats in there. This worked for me afterwards.
