We bought the standard version about 1 hour ago, but we cannot use it.

We bought the standard version about 1 hour ago, but we cannot use it. We can only choose the free subscription package in the network list.

Although we cannot manage billing problems securely through the LMI Communities, we do have Customer Support available to confirm your ID and check for any purchase or activation issues:  https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/how-do-i-contact-support

I also have this problem. I already opened a call, but the problem persists. Waiting for the solution

@rodrigodereco  Which number / country did you call for support from the article I linked?  What happened when you reached LogMeIn Customer Support?
