baja suscripcion automatica / automatic unsubscription

Buen dia, he intentado realizar la cancelacion de la suscripcion sin exito y me han vuelto a descontar dinero, le pido por favor cancelar mi renovacion automatica y devolver el dinero, muchas gracias, espero su respuesta. le hablo de Argentina.

Hello, good day, I have not received a response yet, I have sent several requests reporting what happened and they have not answered me except for an automatic response with the case number.
The address that you gave me to make the claim was the one that I had made previously without success, for that reason I resorted to the forum.
Thank you for responding but I have not had an answer or solution for the moment.
I'm still waiting for the cancellation of the subscription and the refund of the money.

Hola, buen día, no he tenido respuesta aun, he enviado varias solicitudes informando lo sucedido y no me han contestado salvo una respuesta automática con el número de caso.

La dirección que usted me brindo para realizar el reclamo fue el que yo había realizado con anterioridad sin éxito, por ese motivo recurrí al foro.

Gracias por responder pero no he tenido respuesta ni solución por el momento.

Sigo a la espera de la baja de la suscripción y la devolución del dinero.
