Account downgrade

Hi. I haven´t used Logemin in years. I now want to try Hamachi for personal use.

I logged in på my acccount and deleted my old computers and shared users.

It seems to me that my account is locked in Pro, and that i have to pay for Base plan to use the service.

"Your account has become limited."

There must be a way to downgrade my account to a free so i can test Hamachi??
