App stops responding

For the last week I have attempted to remote in to my computers from the Log Me In app. I am able to see my remote computers, I am able to enter my user name and password but then the app stops responding. The screen goes black and nonresponsive.

Hi, I have the same problem. It doesn't matter on the client station, the operating system, or the target I'm trying to connect to, or on the target operating system: it's always the same - a black screen and after about 15 seconds an attempt to reconnect and still around ...

Hi,

Please state the affected operating system in use, and LogMeIn app version installed there.

Any local security applications or network firewall info would also be needed to troubleshoot this behavior further...
