Change license status

I use the LogMeIn for a long time (from 2014 by subscription).
But in April 2019, the program stopped working and moved to the status of free.
Payment was made in November 2018 for one year.
In April, I received a bill for $ 554 for a one-year subscription.
Why? My program should work until November 2019.
Support is not responding.

Where should I write?
