Disconnecting issues

Whenever I log in to Logmein i get kicked out close to every 10 minutes and have to log back in.  I looked at my time out time and it is set for 1 hour so I am not sure why there is an issue.  My screen at times freezes and then lets me work again and then a few minutes later I am disconnected.  Please help as I don't see the use of this program if it is not helpful for me to work remotely uninterrupted.

Hi @Brandables

Is your Host PC on a network that may rotate the IP address' there?

Do you connect through a VPN at all?

 

Have you already attempted a re-install of the desktop software on the problem PC?
