I have an end user who participated in a remote session with someone from our Help Desk. 2 days have gone by and they still have the Remote Session window up which is stuck on "Connecting".
We have tried killing all processes from Task Manger, stopping LogMeIn related services, rebooting and it always comes back. The Help Desk agent has confirmed they don't have an active session open.
How can I completely kill LogMeIn on this Windows 7 PC?
