Error while trying to send Central https request

When I look at the events log I see two lines over and over. This error occurs every minute nonstop. 

The first line says "Pending remote control session data saved"

The second line "Error while trying to send Central https request: 0x190: "

Does anyone know what may be causing this?

@Jthomas2017  Sorry, I don't believe we have anything like that documented.  Would you be able to call into support to help us document the problem environment?

I have sent a copy of the log files into support and someone is reviewing those. Thank you for your response.
