Help please

Hi, Im a new user. I have been shared the Log me in link to open. Which i did. I can see the other computer which is great but i cant open any file etc. I can see the mouse being used on the remote side?

Hi Dal,

It sounds like someone is using your Host computer already?

 

If someone is physically at the Host computer while you are connected through LMI Pro, make sure you have set the computer to lock after you disconnect.  Then check the mouse control again when you reconnect next.
