I just got a new iMac. I can log into my account on LogMeIn, however it will not let me connect to my remote work computer. I have no problem using my PC. Yesterday I could log in via the iMac, but not today. Not recognizing the login client download.
@Talleelover It sounds like you were able to connect from that Mac client at one point, so I'm wondering if anything has changed since then.
Have you gone through the normal connection troubleshooting like rebooting and reconnecting to the network?
Are there any specific error messages to reference?
