I just paid the subscription, however my remote computer is still restricted

Hi guys,

 

     Do any of you have ever experienced the following issue ?  I was informed to pay the money to continue my connection to the remote computer. I paid on 13th, June. However, the remote computer is stiill restricted and I could not connect it.

 

     Is there anything I neglected ?

@SamiraFabro Is this occurring with all of your remote PCs? Have you been able to reboot the affected device?

YES, AND MY SUBSCRIPTION DOESN´T APPEAR, SEEMS LIKE I DON´T HAVE ONE AND I PAID FOR IT 2019-12-30.
