This worked before. Lid closed and able to view my laptop @ work. Lid is set to do nothing.
All the save power settings are off such as hybernate etc.
In the most recent I get a black screen, but it was working fine.
Using windows 10.
@ANONIM666 Sorry, you previously posted into a GoToMyPC thread. Was that the service you were using, or LMI Central?
logmein central
@ANONIM666 When you click on the blacked out screen, does it then activate for you?
No, but it did use to work. I drove to the office to make sure there were no power outages etc.
Not sure what changed but it did work.
@ANONIM666 I checked to see if there were any programming changes, but couldn't find any relating to screen sharing. Could you tell what Win10 version is running, and the PC hardware / laptop model? This info may help understand what settings could have changed there.
Any advice on this ?
@ANONIM666 Sorry, I have tested with my Win10 laptop but did not experience the same issue. It may be worth creating a case with Support if we can't identify the Microsoft function that may be interfering with screen sharing.
