I have a client that's been working from home for years with LMI without issues but the last 4 or 5 weeks now, LMI is dropping for her. I'm not sure if it's her remote computer or her laptop she's using.
are there any log files to see if I can pin point where things are coming from? I think it's her computer because we use LMI on over 500 computers and servers and don't have an issue

One troubleshooting idea would be to have this laptop connect directly to the LAN instead of using WiFi (assuming they are currently wireless).
