Wanted to post something that is simple but solved a big problem. We have multiple monitors at work and we wanted to see both remotely, one on the laptop screen and one on the attached monitor. Could not get it to work. We went to Options and Multiple Monitors but it did not seem to work, the screen remained the same. What we later realized was that LogMeIn made two same sized windows, one behind the other, and you have to grab the top one and move it to the other screen to get the duel monitor experience. Hope this helps others.

I am having difficulty getting the multiple host monitors to replicate on the multiple remote monitors. LogMeIn is NOT producing the multiple windows one behind the other as referenced in the above message. It is as if LogMeIn does not recognize that I have mulitple remote monitors. This is driving me crazy.
Has anyone got a solution for this yet? Corporate is rolling out LogMeIn Pro to all my remote users, and I have been testing it and cannot get the 2 windows to appear at home so I can work on dual monitors.
I GOT IT! My second window was opening up off-screen. I tried ALT+space bar after opeing LogMeIn and moving the front window to my other monitor. A "move" window popped up at the edge of my monitor and I could use my arrow keys to get my second window back in view! It's a beautufiul thing!
Have you checked for the 2nd Window opened behind the first one?
