We've released a software update that should address LMI remote soud issues here. Please test again after confirming the upgrade is in place.
Seems to be fixed. Kind of surpised that it took since 09-28-2018 -- over 6 months -- given the cost of this service. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't strongly considering shopping around some. But am glad to have this finally resolved.

The problem is back! No remote sound again! Did you do another update that broke the recent fix???
@edmaestro If this problem has returned for you on the latest build, we would like to gather some log files through Customer Support in order to create a new ticket.
