One my my users is controlling their office PC from home, this just started happening recently. They can only copy and paste one way. From the host PC to the remote PC in the office, but not vice versa. I can have them close out and go back in, but I was curious if anyone has come across this as my client is looking to possibly purchase this for other staff working from home. However it's a significant cost and this option of syncing clipboards is key in their decision.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
