Having issues with new users unable to complete the account creation process.
After clicking on link in invitation, they create their account and then are told to wait for a second email with instructions on verifying/completing registration. It never comes. (No, it's not in the spam folder.)
Have called Support 4x in the last two days, speaking with no less than THREE SUPERVISORS. Each tells a different story, but has the same instructions, which are the ones being followed, and do not address the problem. Absolutely ZERO help.
Anyone out there have any advice, besides dumping LogMeIn?
