Remote access for my client

I am not sure how to do this or even if it is possible. Basically one of my LMI Pro2 customers has asked if they can they log into their own computer remotely using the LMI client I have already installed on their machine.

 

Obviously i do not want them to use my LMI login credentials but am wondering if I can facilitate a way for them to log in to the machine using their own.

 

As I understand it, if I set them up as a secondary user on the account they would still need a LMI acount of some sort to gain access.

 

Any clarification as to how to go about this would be most welcome.

Welcome to the Community! Below you will find a link on how to add a Secondary User to your account so that they can sign in with their own email address and password to access computers that are under your account. Please be aware, that in order to add Users, you must have a paid or trial version of LogMeIn Central.
