Remote mouse won't work on host computer

I am not able to get the mouse on the remote computer to control actions on the host computer. I am able to login and get access, but not do what I need to do because I can't move the mouse.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or do you have suggestions of what to trouble shoot?

I've gone through Security/Privacy and removed and then re-added Logmein permissions, but that hasn't helped. I've also unplugged my router for 30 minutes and then plugged it back in,  but neither helped with my issue.

Re: Remote mouse won't work on host computer

@carlajohnson720  It sounds like you may be attempting to access a newer Macintosh OS, where the security settings sometimes do not recognize permission requests.  If you have someone at the Host PC you may be able to trigger the allowance through a re-installation.

** I expect an updated software version to be released very soon to address the new Mac security requirements.
