Repairing LogMeIn remotely

I recently got an error on a computer:

C:\windows\system32\LMIRfsClientNP.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

It cannot reach the Windows desktop without me clicking "OK" on the error message (although I can still connect to the computer using remote control) and the error recommends reinstalling or repairing LogMeIn. Is it possible to do this remotely via LogMeIn, or would I need to be physically using the computer?

Re: Repairing LogMeIn remotely

Hi @Ben14 ,

I'm afraid you would want to be physically at the problem PC to complete a full reinstall of LMI services.  You might be able to do this in a pinch if you has another remote access software set up there like RescueAssist...
