Restarting the host

When I restart the host machine it freezes it and I then have to have someone manually restart the host. this doesn't happen if the machine is restarted locally

I'm sorry about the trouble there. 

What operating system is the host computer running, and have you done anything to troubleshoot the system restart behavior yet?

Hi The OS is windows 10.

I've tried searching your help site but can't find anything.

Try re-installing the endpoint software on the problem PC.  After that, if the problem persists we'd like to compare the system log files with LMI Pro logs to see why the restart is being blocked.
